The leader of the Federal Service for hydrometeorology and monitoring of environment RF Alexander [Bedritskiy] stated that in Russia the federal television channel about the weather must be created. "We have the very large country, five different climatic zones; therefore this channel would be interesting to population", stated the head of the Russian Federal Service on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Control.
