On May 22 the State Duma passed the secondly and in the third readings the bill, which abolishes the selections of the head of Constitutional Court. The President of Russia now will propose the candidature of the leader of this organ of authority for the assertion to Federation Council. Present head KS Valerie [Zorkin] can remain at its post to the time expiration of his authorities.
