In [Kokhtla]-[Yarve] (northeast of Estonia) the unknowns stole plates from the memorial of Soviet soldiers, who was killed in the fight with the fascists. Memorial is located on the balance of city. The city authorities thus far were not turned into the police. Approximately two years ago from the monument in [Kokhtla]-[Yarve] was stolen the physical circuit.
