The deputies of Moscow urban thought rejected the initiative of the group of citizens about conducting of urban referendum regarding the selections of the mayor of the capital. Voting was blocked by the representatives of the fraction "united Russia", which occupies 29 of 35 places in the Moscow legislative assembly.
